THE hookah !

¬†This above stain glassed art window also hasn’t a hookah, but right away it¬† reminded me of the old Beatles’ song “Happiness is a warm gun” with the verse:

“She’s well aquainted with the touch of a velvet hand like a lizard on a window pane”. Co-incidence? Art? Well, John Lennon DID get his happiness when he was shotdown by a warm gun, “oh yeah”.

So, how about ROSE Flavoured shisha, you may ask?

Do people still learn Shakespeare?¬† I had to in school and didn’t like it at alll, many times in my life I’ve picked up a book of his and forced myself to try figuring that there MUST be something here in the liturateture. I’ve seenmovies of his works, which of course are the same line by line. And they were written for play on the stage, so maybe just the whole read-thru is hard.

And of what is called “Rose flavoured shisha”?

I’ve had it twice before a few years ago¬† and was flabergasted. It was just so baad, as in “horrible”. Like smoking perfume. One was Al-Faker and one was Romman brand¬† so it wasn’t the shisha brand perse’, but the strange taste.I recieved in my pack order from Smoking-Hookah.com a free pack of Abed El-Khader shisha “rose”. I¬† get all of the AbedEl-Khader flavours often and they are on the top of my list. Didn’t even know that they made “rose flavour”. So..I tried it as a mix. 50-50 with mint. Terrific! 50-50 with orange, great. With cherry, banana, etc. it¬† is quite exotic. Nothing I would think to smoke straight 100%, but mixed it is rememberal and so fine.

So what does all this have to do with HOOKAH & SHISHA?

Here Come the Shisha SOLDIERS !!!!!!!! :

I’m curious to know.

How many shisha smokers do as I often , and load a fright-load of shisha bowls while listening to great music, wrap them up in a nylon sandwhich bag and have your “troops” marshalled for all-out war?

T.¬† ¬†G¬†.¬† ¬†I.¬† ¬†F.¬†¬† Get read for a party! Do you actually think in your brain that by¬† the time the first shisha bowl is prepared you haven’t yet quaffed a beer? By the time its smoked, you could have had your third brew already! And one to say “cheers”. I can’t load anything (almost) after 4 beers, especially all¬† my different shisha flavours, punch holes without ripping the foil, etc.

So I always¬† like to have ready ammunition. Learned that at least in the army. Do you BUY 1 beer at a time, or a 6-pack? Thought so…Maybe even a case of beer, ice them down.

For me to get caught without a ready shisha bowl is like finding that you are out of hot water to shower with , or clean underpants.

Step 1¬† ready your bowls, step 2¬† put on some great music¬† step 3 ¬†take your good time filling the bowls step 4¬† put the foil on¬† step 5 ¬†make the holes, step 6 wrap ¬†in a bag step 7 put in a ready container !

T.G.I.F.

Every Dancing Fool ¬†knows that “T.G.I.F.” stands for “Thank G-D Its Friday”. Party time? How about¬† putting a real live¬† party in your hookah?

No, not beer though you can, but it is going to foam up even more than milk and make it close to impossible to smoke.

People add various percentages of vodka or ¬†arak, ouzo, anis drink (all 3 the same drink) to the water in the bowl to give a kick to your smoking. I even added straight rubbing alcohol once to the water ( truely in the “name of scientific understanding”). It was nice too. You don’t need a lot to¬† add, and to each his own. 2%?. And what you are mainly getting are the dissapated alcohol fumes commin atcha giving the kick so maybe even Old Mad Dog would be nice & fruity tasting too!
